About this Cause

Welcoming America is working to build a nation of neighbors. For 15 years, we have nurtured a growing welcoming movement. Collaboration and local leadership across sectors and throughout the world have fueled wins for welcoming, and diverse coalitions have rallied against anti-immigrant policies and narratives. What started as a grassroots effort in 2009 has become a powerful constellation of organizations and people building and celebrating belonging worldwide.
